This is an incredibly rare dollhouse miniature piece! In 1994 there was a collaboration between the Mary Engelbriet company, Real Good Toys and MiniGraphics to come up with a unique dollhouse, wallpaper line and then well known artisan Gail Morey sculpted 1" scale doll set.
This hand sculpted artisan Ann Estelle doll with a few fashions was a limited edition. We have #62 and #63. First purchaser will receive 62 and then the next 63. The packages have been opened but nothing removed. Beautiful condition.
